Inspired by a New Yorker article about the late, great funkadelic and fashion icon Betty Davis, I created this pattern & sat with it until deciding to make this formally informal styled dress. It is loose fitting and intentionally falls off the shoulder, the sleeves are poufy with an elastic scrunch at the end of the sleeves to allow for different shapes, and the hem stops mid-calf. I personally love how it compliments all body types and looks good with almost any shoe (or no shoes).

Sizing: Fits S/M/L. Model and designer Jasmin is 5’7’’ and usually wears a S/M. Remember, it is supposed to fit loose; if the dress you receive does not fit as tightly or as short as you would like, please take it to your local tailor for any more adjustments.
